By using sho.ng you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

sho.ng is a music link aggregation service. Paste a streaming link and receive a universal short link that attempts to find and open the matching song on any supported platform (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, and others). Results may vary — we cannot guarantee an exact match on every platform.

sho.ng is available on three plans:

• Free — search, generate shareable links, and view basic stats. No charge, ever.
• Personal — custom short links, detailed analytics, auto-redirect, and an ad-free browsing experience for the account holder. Annual subscription.
• Pro — everything in Personal, plus ad-free song pages for all visitors to your shared links, and upcoming advanced features. Annual subscription.

sho.ng is supported in part by non-invasive advertising. We promise that ads will never be intrusive, distracting, or disruptive to your experience. Our current advertising is focused on our own family-run merchandise shop.

Ad display depends on your plan:

• Free — ads may be shown while browsing and on shared song pages you view.
• Personal — you never see ads while browsing. However, visitors to your shared song pages who are on the Free plan may still see ads.
• Pro — completely ad-free for you and for all visitors to your shared song pages, regardless of their plan.

You can use sho.ng without creating an account. A free account is required for Personal and Pro features such as custom links, analytics, and managing your song library.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contact@sho.ng.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Create links to content that infringes copyright or violates third-party rights
• Automate access without our written permission
• Sell or transfer your short links to third parties
• Violate the Terms of Service of any third-party platform (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, etc.) when using this service

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Personal and Pro are annual subscriptions. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring yearly basis until you cancel. Features are activated immediately upon successful payment.

Pricing. Current prices for your currency are displayed on the upgrade page before you confirm. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice — continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

Upgrading from Personal to Pro. When you upgrade from an active Personal subscription to Pro, you receive a new 12-month Pro subscription starting from the date of upgrade. The amount charged is pro-rated: the unused portion of your current Personal subscription is credited against the Pro annual price, so your first Pro payment will be less than $29.99. The exact amount is calculated and shown before you confirm the upgrade. All subsequent annual renewals are billed at the full Pro annual price.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation you retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@sho.ng and we will review your case.

EU / UK right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by choosing to access paid features immediately upon subscribing, you expressly request early performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before accessing any paid features, contact us at contact@sho.ng.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend paid features until the payment issue is resolved.

sho.ng does not host or distribute music. We link to content hosted by third-party streaming platforms. All music, album artwork, and metadata remain the property of their respective owners and platforms.

sho.ng respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@sho.ng including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) identification of the material you claim is infringing; (3) your contact information; and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder.

We will promptly review and act on valid notices. Users who repeatedly create links to infringing material will have their accounts terminated.

sho.ng is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all platform links will always be accurate.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate individual accounts at any time for violations of these terms. We also reserve the right to discontinue the service entirely, for any reason, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
